1. What you're buying

BullionMinds sells a software license for an automated trading Expert Advisor (EA) that runs on MetaTrader 5. The license is personal, non-transferable, and valid for the period purchased.

2. No performance guarantee

Trading gold (XAUUSD) involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance — including our published backtests and live results — does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and for any losses incurred. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

3. Not financial advice

We are a software company, not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or asset manager. Nothing we publish is investment advice or a solicitation to trade.

4. License rules

• One license covers the number of trading accounts stated in your plan
• Redistributing, reselling or decompiling the software is prohibited
• Licenses expire at the end of the purchased period unless renewed

5. Refunds

Because the software is delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are handled case-by-case within 7 days of purchase if the software fails to function as described and our support cannot resolve the issue. Trading losses are never grounds for a refund.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current license period. We are not liable for trading losses, broker issues, VPS outages, or market events.
